We know plans change. We offer rates like the Flexible Rate, which allows you to cancel your stay without obligation and without prepayment up to 15 days before your arrival. The Non-Refundable Rate allows you to make a change if necessary, but you'll have to pay the difference between the new dates and the reservation, without losing it.

We also have insurance with Catalana Occidente that we offer for reservations made more than 30 days in advance at the Non-refundable rate so that you can cancel or shorten your stay. All the reasons covered by this insurance to cancel or modify your stay are found in step 2 during the reservation in the cancellation insurance option.

• Our reception team at TAIGA Almería Playa is available to assist you year-round. During the low season, our hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During the high season, we extend our hours and are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Our TAIGA Conil reception team will assist you from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the low season, and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the high season.

At TAIGA, we're pet-friendly and love to welcome your pets. However, there are some restrictions. Pets are not allowed inside the bar, restaurant, or pool area. Additionally, not all accommodations allow pets. You can see which ones do in the accommodation details section, in the "See More" section. Yes, in some camping resorts such as TAIGA Delta de l´Ebre we have some spaces where they can run around and enjoy themselves as much as you do.

Don't worry! There will always be someone to assist you and escort you to your accommodation. If you arrive at a time when check-in has ended, our security team will be able to assist you. However, if you know you'll be arriving later, you'll need to contact the campsite reception before arrival so you can arrange your entry without any problems upon arrival.
