Valdevaqueros is one of those places where the wind rules. The dune, the Strait, and Africa in the distance also rule, but above all, the wind rules. That is why this beach has been a world reference for kiters and windsurfers for decades, and why the same people return every year: because there is almost always a session here.
Kite Surf The Levante wind blows clean, without obstacles, and the beach is so wide that there is room for everyone. If you already ride, you know what you've got. If you are just starting out, this is probably the best place in Europe to learn properly from the beginning: good schools, instructors who have been here their whole lives, and kilometers of sand to make mistakes on without getting hurt.
Wind Foil It is difficult to explain the first time. The board lifts off, the sound of the water suddenly disappears, and you are flying. Then you fall. And you try again. Valdevaqueros has the constant wind and the open space needed for this to work, without the stress of having to dodge half the world while you learn.
School inside the campsite We have our own school at Taïga Valdevaqueros, so there is no need to go out and Search for anything. You can book kite or wind foil lessons directly at our school, without having to wake up early or load up the car, and if you already know how to ride, we also rent out equipment. The idea is simple: wake up, check the wind, and be in the water in twenty minutes.
Return to the campsite After a long session, you crave simple things. A shower, something to eat, lying down. At Taïga Valdevaqueros, we try to ensure that everything surrounding the sport is sorted: that there is a place for your board, that the dinner is delicious... The rest is provided by the wind.
