Embark on the Olé catamaran and discover the wines resting at the bottom of the Mediterranean, where the pressure, temperature, and silence of the sea give them a character not found on land.
The sea as a winery
We depart from the port and sail through the bay of Cartagena aboard the Olé catamaran. For two hours, an oenological guide will take you through the history of Bodegas UNDERSEA and the process, unique in its category, of aging wine under the sea.
You will see up close the underwater cages where the bottles rest. You will discover how the pressure, constant temperature, and movement of the Mediterranean modify the aging of the wine. And most importantly: you will be able to see it for yourself in a comparative tasting.
This is not a guided tour.
It is an experience where every glass tells two parallel stories.

Each wine is presented in a comparative format: the same harvest, two different aging processes. One aged in a traditional winery and the other under the sea. You decide which one conquers you.

Wine as it has been understood for centuries. Aged in traditional conditions, with its own character and identity. - Submerged wine — Seabed
The same bottle, aged underwater. The pressure, constant temperature, and movement of the sea transform its aromas, texture, and finish on the palate.

A complete 2-hour experience that combines sailing, history, and tasting. Everything is included so you only have to enjoy yourself.

- Mini Raf tomato with cold-pressed Picual extra virgin olive oil.

- Duration: 120 minutes (sailing and tasting included).
- Languages: Spanish, English, and German.
- Minimum age: Activity exclusively for adults.
- Conditions: The experience is subject to sea conditions and weather.
