Standard boat: comfort and versatility
Ideal for leisurely strolls, short sunrise outings, or family days near the shore. It's the easiest option to operate.
- Capacity: 2–4 places (depending on availability).
- Recommended use: walking, photography, shore exploration and occasional fishing from nearby shore.
- Includes: size-approved life jackets and basic safety equipment.
- Common requirements: identification document and regulations for use of the reservoir.
Boat with fishing kit: depth sounder + motor
Designed for anglers who want to locate structures, banks, and depths with greater precision. The sonar helps identify changes in relief and fish movements, while the motor facilitates drift control and a quiet approach.
- Capacity: 2–3 places (depending on availability).
- Kit includes: probe, motor, and battery serviced; spare oars.
- Recommended use: spinning/vertical, structure prospecting, technical fishing at medium and shallow depths.
- Advantages: greater autonomy to explore the reservoir and optimize fishing spots.
Which boat to choose according to your plan
If you're traveling with your family or looking for a relaxed experience, the standard boat offers stability and simplicity. If your primary goal is sport fishing, the boat with a kit makes the difference: the depth sounder allows you to read the bottom, slopes, submerged trees, or reefs, and the motor helps maintain position without scaring the fish.
Standards, safety and good practices
- Always wear a life jacket and adjust it to your size.
- Respect buoys, navigation channels and distances from other boats and swimmers.
- Check the weather forecast: avoid strong winds and storms.
- Keep things tidy on board: rods, lures, and hooks secure to avoid snagging.
- Responsible catch and release: Use a rubber net and minimize time out of the water.
